For Each Property That Is Leased and Managed, a Management Fees of 7% Of Annual Rent Is Charged to the Landlord.

Property Management Administration

Inspections and Property Maintenance

Reporting

We Will Provide Regular and Consistent Reporting on All Leases, Management and Accounting Aspects of Your Property Using Our Detailed Systems Thus Protecting Your Property Against Loss, Damage or Negligence.

Financial Management

 We Provide a Full Set of Accounts Summarizing All Financial Transactions on a Property Including All Receipts and Payments, Cash Reconciliation, Funds Supplied for Management, Direct Payments, Disbursements, Direct Banking, Commission Schedules and Arrears. We Will Provide You With a Statement Whenever Required.

Lease Management

We Will Draw up All Tenancy Contracts. Register the Ejari. We Will Also Maintain a Register of the Commencement and Expiry Details of All Leases. All Lease Renewals Will Be Handled and Completed by Us. Relevant Notices for Renewals (I.E 90DAY Renewal) Will Be Sent Out on Time Assuring No Delays.

Screening – Tenant Selection
